Dude, check it! The staff were, like, super chill and totally helped me after my long drive. The room was clean and I loved that it had no gross carpet—just smooth floors! Made it easy to relax, ya know? Just wish they had more choices for breakfast. Overall, a solid stay!

The staff were exceptionally friendly. always accommodating and remembered us well. Loved the outdoor swimming pool and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of hot and cold items. A great spot just outside Durham for our family wedding.

A bit of musty odor in the room could use attention.

Lack of elevators complicates access, especially for second-floor rooms!!! No hot water in showers during peak times makes for uncomfortable bathing!!! Pool area cleanliness needs significant improvement to enhance relaxation!!! Thin towels are below any reasonable expectation!!!

Unfortunately, the room had a bit of mildew odor that made it less than ideal for breathing. On top of that, the fire alarm in the hall went off every few hours throughout the night. The breakfast options were pretty limited and not up to par, with hard biscuits and dry eggs. Lastly, the elevator was out, which complicates things if you're stuck on the second floor with luggage.

i was truly hoping for a pleasant stay, but the fire alarms incessantly going off ruined everything. plus, the room had a rather musty odor that completely killed the vibe. it’s baffling that with all this, no complimentary upgrade or even a small discount was offered, almost thinkin of leaving a nice review, but just couldn’t.

For a more enjoyable stay, consider bringing your own snacks and drinks, as the breakfast options are rather limited and may not satisfy all appetites.

Sam at check-in was incredibly helpful after our long drive, providing excellent service and assistance with our bags. The clean, laminate flooring in the king room was a refreshing touch amidst typical hotel carpets.

Checking in was smooth at this Best Western, with a surprisingly helpful staff after a long drive. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space for me. Early check-in was available for a fee, which I found helpful. However, there was no elevator, making it tricky with luggage, especially since I was on the second floor. Breakfast offered limited options but was decent. I appreciated the cleanliness of the dining area. Unfortunately, the wifi was spotty at times and disrupted my plans a bit. I'd look for better bed comfort next time, as I woke up with slight discomfort. Despite the few bumps, the overall experience was positive thanks to their service.
